At KYDS, we know that supporting youth mental health means supporting the entire family network. That is why we are thrilled to open registrations for our upcoming series of Parent Information Sessions, running throughout June and July.
Supported by Northern Beaches Council and Dee Why RSL, this series offers evidence-based guidance to help parents confidently navigate the modern complexities of raising adolescents. Whether you are struggling with screen-time battles, feeling disconnected from your teenager, or looking for ways to handle intense emotional outbursts, these workshops provide a safe, collaborative space to find answers.
