Three ways you can easily support KYDS

How you can support KYDs - CEO, Anthony Rigney

I was referred to KYDS when I began to lash out emotionally at 15 years and noticed I needed some extra help. My mum had mentioned their services before and she helped me book in. Though my first appointment was daunting, it ended up being one of the best things I did in my teens. Thanks to KYDS, I was given a safe space and supports to help me overcome and grow during a time I never thought I could have. Each session helped me process and grow into someone I was proud to be again. I cannot thank KYDS enough for their services and it gives me such a warm feeling of joy seeing their continued efforts in youth mental health.”

Donate

You can make an immediate impact with a tax deductible donation. Like all charities we rely on the generosity of the community to provide financial support. This allows us to provide FREE services to help as many young people in need as possible.

Volunteer

You can organise a fundraising activity through your school or workplace, or join us by volunteering at community events that raise funds for KYDS.

Social Networking

You can spread the word about KYDS to your local network on your social media accounts. The more the community knows about KYDS the more young people we can help.
